Located in Sector 4 of the port area, this huge work of industrial architecture was planned and built in 1967-1968 by civil engineer M. H. Moreno Ferreira. It consists of a series on enormous parallel trapozidal concrete portals, with central ventilation and airing. Its present condition is unknown.
