Commissioned by the Group of Friends of Luanda this building was designed by José Manuel da Silva Carvalho Fava (b. 1940, Lisbon). In modernist style and considerable originality. It is made up of a series of scaled volumes in shed profile (reminiscent of industrial stations) with gables which get light from vertical openings and from above. The work was carried out in 1973.
