Located on Eduardo Costa Street, east of the Hospital “Campos Rodrigues”, this house was built in 1906-1909, in a chalet design characteristic of the time, following a model imported from the industrial Central Europe (with the “look of a beach chalet”, using the words of Brito Camacho). With two floors and a very steeply pitched roof, the façades display the typical English-style bay windows – projecting glazed volumes, with a section of the entrance protected by a roofed, overhanging porch.
